March 21 is Common Courtesy Day. Common Courtesy Day is dedicated to trying to refocus the concept of common courtesy in our everyday lives.
I try my hardest to model kindness around Jude, but sometimes I feel like I may rush around too much to be showing common courtesy to others. We spent the day trying to do things to make people's days just a little bit better. Here are a few things we did:
1. Put Jay's coffee pod in the Keurig for tomorrow morning (Jude loves to make coffee)
2. Held doors open for people
3. Said hello and goodbye to people
4. Smiled at strangers
5. Picked up after ourselves (specifically when Jude threw spaghetti on the ground at dinner)
