365: Please Take My Child to Work Day

June 24 is Please Take my Child to Work Day. It is a day that gives moms, specifically stay-at-home moms like myself, a chance to relax and get some child free time during the work day.

Most mornings, I joke with Jay that it is "take your child to work day", so it was a slam dunk when the day actually came around. Jay works from home as a software engineer. It wasn't practical for him to take Jude for the entire day, but to celebrate the day, Jay did take him in for his morning call.

Jude spent most of the time trying to slap the keyboard and the pictures on the video chat, but it was a lot of fun for him to get to see what his daddy does all day!
